With over 50 years of cumulative experience, safety is our top priority. At ATC, we adhere to strict protocols to protect our team, your property, and the well-being of your trees.
While we might not always be the cheapest option for tree service on Cape Cod - sometimes we might be! Thanks to our top-notch equipment and expertise, we provide value that goes beyond the price tag.
We believe in transparency and honesty. While we may not be the right fit for everyone, those who appreciate quality, professionalism, and a client-centric approach will find a true partner in us.
We take a holistic approach to caring for trees and shrubs, going beyond pruning and removals. We offer expert plant health care solutions, insect and disease control and deep root fertilization.
Thinking about having some tree work done? Wondering what’s going on with your trees or shrubs? Call, text or email us! Whatever your preferred method of contact, reach out to our friendly office staff to inquire about service for your Cape Cod trees. With just a couple details about your project, we will coordinate a site visit with our Certified Arborist.
We do our best to coordinate an in-person site visit for you and our arborist within 2-3 days of your initial contact, depending on your preferences and availability. Most appointments take 20-30 minutes. While on site, our arborist will meet with you to discuss your project and/or concerns, assess your trees, identify any potential risks, and evaluate the scope of work required.
If you’re not currently “on Cape,” while we can certainly provide an initial estimate with our arborist making a solo drive-by inspection, we like to connect with our prospective clients on-site prior to the onset of work to review the agreed upon scope and make sure we’re all on the same page.
After the initial site visit to the property, we will provide you with a detailed proposal of the discussed scope. The proposal will be sent via email, usually by the next business day. After reviewing the proposal, if you have any changes or questions you can reach out to us. You will have the ability to electronically accept the proposal.
Once the proposal is accepted, we’ll work on scheduling. This process is typically done as a collaboration between our office and you and your project needs. We take many factors into account, including our pre-existing schedule and the availability of our crew and equipment, YOUR schedule and time preferences, and lastly, the time sensitivity of certain tree work (ex. only pruning pines in the dormant season) or time-critical PHC treatments (ex. Winter Moth control from April until late May or early June).
While we welcome spectators (from a safe distance!) to appreciate our crew’s skills and expertise, your presence on-site during the day of service is not required. Our skilled professionals are well-equipped to handle the task based on the outlined scope, pre-assessment and discussions we’ve had. Rest assured, our team will follow the outlined plan and work diligently to meet and exceed your expectations. If you’re unable to be onsite and would like to review the work prior to completion, please contact us and we can coordinate a pre-work review.
Upon completion of any work or treatment(s) invoices will be sent via email. Invoices are typically sent 1-2 business post-service.
